The Calyx Institute has been incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of New York. We have applied for but not yet received tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service. Therefore, at this time, contributions to The Calyx Institute are not tax deductible for state or federal purposes.
The Institute has not previously been required to file an annual report, but is expected to file its annual report with the New York Attorney General's Charities Bureau by March 31, 2013. After it is filed, a copy of the annual report may be obtained, upon request, from the Institute at the address on our "
